Ramadhan Program

Ramadhan is a sacred and deeply meaningful month for the Muslim community, marked by fasting, prayer, reflection, and togetherness. At our mosque in Onehunga, we provide a welcoming space for worshippers to observe this blessed time through daily congregational prayers, Taraweeh, and community iftars. We aim to support spiritual growth, strengthen community bonds, and create an environment of compassion and generosity. Whether you are joining us for prayer, breaking your fast, or seeking knowledge, our Ramadhan services are designed to nurture faith and bring people together in unity.

Short talk after taraweeh

After Taraweeh prayers, we offer a short and engaging talk designed to inspire and educate the community. These brief reminders focus on key aspects of faith, daily practice, and personal development, helping worshippers reflect on the message of Ramadhan and apply it in their lives. Delivered by knowledgeable speakers, these sessions provide a meaningful way to end the night with increased understanding, spiritual motivation, and a stronger connection to the community.

Marriage / Nikah

Our mosque offers Marriage (Nikah) services in accordance with Islamic principles, providing a simple, dignified, and blessed way for couples to begin their journey together. We guide families through the process, ensuring that all religious requirements are fulfilled while fostering an atmosphere of respect, unity, and joy. Whether you are planning a small, intimate ceremony or a larger gathering, our mosque is here to support you in making your Nikah a meaningful and memorable occasion grounded in faith.

Heqiqah

Our mosque provides Heqiqah (Aqiqah) services to help families celebrate the blessing of a newborn child in accordance with Islamic tradition. This special occasion includes the offering of a sacrifice, prayers for the child, and an opportunity to share joy with family, friends, and those in need. We aim to make the process simple and meaningful, guiding families in fulfilling this beautiful Sunnah while fostering gratitude, generosity, and community connection.

Question / Answers

Our Question & Answers service provides an open and supportive space for community members to seek guidance on matters related to faith, daily life, and Islamic practices.
